How Technology is Influencing the Future of Financial Services

Wednesday, May 25 trend expert Jack Uldrich will discuss the future of the financial services industry with Farm Credit of Texas. Uldrich will deliver his keynote, "The Big AHA: How to Future-Proof Your Bank, Your Customers, and Your Community" in Point Clear, AL.

Are banks ready for the Big AHA? Global futurist, Jack Uldrich wants to get the financial services industry prepared for the future, and he aims to do just that with his own "Big AHA."

The acronym stands for Awareness, Humility and Action. Uldrich says that with the Big AHA in hand, organizations will be able to leverage the new technologies and the vast changes that will be coming their way shortly.

Business is changing. Business models are changing. Competitors are changing and customers are changing. In order to adapt to all that change business leaders need to be highly self aware,

Uldrich takes time every day to read up on, and research the latest technological trends like chatbot, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain. He then disseminates that information to organizations around the world, giving them concrete actions to take to embrace the latest game-changers.

He is even a proponent of what he calls, "a think week." He encourages leaders to take an entire week and devote it to reading, contemplating new ideas, and to observe what is happening around them in areas outside their business.

"Business is changing. Business models are changing. Competitors are changing, and customers are changing. To adapt to all that these shifts, business leaders need to be highly self-aware," says Uldrich. "Knowing when to challenge old assumptions and being open to evolving along with the new ideas takes a good deal of foresight and courage. The tides of change can be overwhelming for any business owner. It's exciting to offer people some form of a life raft in the way of new ideas and actionable steps toward sustainable prosperity."

On Wednesday, May 25 Uldrich will bring these new ideas and more to the Farm Credit Bank of Texas in Point Clear, Alabama.
